FlyBaldy.Org is a group of free flight enthusiasts who have flown their lightweight foot launch gliders along the shore of Lake Michigan for years. We fly in the path of Octave Chanute who flew his gliders here in 1896, and who the Wright's learned from and credit. We are dedicated to regaining reasonable access to the jewel of our launch sites, Mt. Baldy in the Indiana National Lakeshore, near Michigan City, Indiana.
